Internship Areas

You will be either following the Food & Beverage Management path or the Rooms Division Management path. They both have common focus areas but they also specialize on their division.

Both pathways provide comprehensive training in their respective areas while ensuring you gain exposure to all aspects of hotel operations through strategic rotations.

Program Requirements

University and college students

Holder of an EU Passport

Teamwork and Collaboration

Hospitality and tourism management
or Culinary arts students

Good knowledge of

Compensation & Perks

  • 1st Year Student: Monthly salary of 1,100 EUR Gross

  • 2nd Year Student: Monthly salary of 1,200 EUR Gross

  • 3rd Year Student: Monthly salary of 1,300 EUR Gross

  • 13th Salary (pro-rata)

  • Annual Leaves (pro-rata)

  • Sunday Allowance

  • Sharing Accommodation & Transportation

  • All meals in the hotel's staff restaurant​
