The Parklane Leadership Development Program

The Parklane Leadership Development Program offers a comprehensive 12-month experience designed to prepare you for a successful career in hospitality management.

Graduate Holding Diploma

Through this program, you'll gain:

  • Hands-on, discipline-specific training at a Marriott associated hotel.

  • On-the-job learning with mini departmental rotations.

  • The program includes rotations through different hotel departments,
    familiarizing you with the work responsibilities. You'll also be assigned specific projects to develop your skills and prepare you for supervisory roles.

Dedicated Mentorship

A dedicated Mentor will be assigned upon your arrival. Your Mentor will be there to support you throughout the program and help you set important life goals and develop the skills to reach them

Program Pathways

You will be either following the Food & Beverage Management path or the Rooms Division Management path. They both have common focus areas but they also specialize on their division.

Both pathways provide comprehensive training in their respective areas while ensuring you gain exposure to all aspects of hotel operations through strategic rotations.

Program Requirements

Graduate of ahospitality school

Good knowledge of
English as a second language

Warm and friendly personality

Holder of an EU passport
